Kardesign Motorcycle paint design & visualization bespoke service
Have you ever wanted a paintjob on your bike but didn’t have a clue how to tell your painter exactly what you’re after? Or maybe you’re looking to vinyl wrap your bike but have no idea to translate what’s in your head to your local vnyle wrap studio? Well that’s where I can help.
I’ll create and supply you with a realistic photo image of what your bike will look like in a design of your choosing. Whether you’re looking for a Repsol paint scheme on your Ducati Panigale, a Yamaha speedblock design on your MT-10, or something completely fresh that doesn’t even exist yet, I can turn it into a flat 2D visual that you can pass on to your paint / vinyl wrap shop. I can provide a simple side-on view, or views of the bike from several different angles, all to suit your budget.
Frequently Asked Questions
HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
STEP 1: We have a conversation via email or Instagram Direct Message. You tell me what you have in mind, what your bike is, what kind of paint designs you like. I’ll supply you a price quote, determined by how complex the project is, and we’ll work out how many angles you’d like of the bike. The three-quarter front is the most popular, and for many people that view is enough to do the job.
STEP 2: You send a non-refundable deposit of £50 via PayPal so I book that time aside to work on your project. A few days the gig starts you pay the total remainder of the agreed fee.
STEP 3: I get to work! A few days later I’ll send you a selection of designs – depending on how fluid the creative juices are flowing I’ll supply you anything from 5-10 different paint designs.
STEP 4: The first round of revisions is included in the cost. So any tweaking costs to the design – graphic changes, colour changes, etc are already taken care of. If you need more angles, these can be supplied at additional cost at £150 per extra angle.
STEP 5: Happy with the final design? I’ll send you the hi-resolution image so you can pass it on to your paint shop, vinyl wrap studio, or just print it out and stick it on your garage wall!
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The price is determined by a few different factors, no two jobs are the same as everyone’s needs are different and some things simply take longer to do than others. The price is affected by the complexity of the design, the number of revisions, and the number of angles. If you’re just going with ONE angle I’d recommend the three-quarter front view – this is the most popular as it shows most of the side of the bike and a little of the front too.
INITIAL THREE QUARTER FRONT VIEWS: £700 for a minimum of 5 designs (EACH SIDE VIEW THEREAFTER: £200)
INITIAL SIDE-ON VIEW: £550 for a minimum of 5 designs (EACH THREE QUARTER VIEW THEREAFTER: £300)
WHO ARE YOUR TYPICAL CUSTOMERS?
Everyone and anyone from an individual who just needs to get their idea down so they can see it properly to small custom bike shops to major manufacturers, I’ve helped many people over the years to realise their vision.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Once I start the job you’ll get the first batch of images within 7 days.
DO YOU SUPPLY 3D FILES?
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET THE PROCESS STARTED?
All you need is the £50 deposit payment, and a rough idea of a design in your head. If you don’t have an idea, just let me know what designs you like and we’ll take it from there. If you have existing designs you like the look of, send them over and I’ll use them as reference and inspiration.
HOW DO I BOOK YOUR SERVICES?
Send me an email or a Direct Message on Instagram! My details are at the top of this page. A small £50 deposit via Paypal reserves your spot in my schedule. Please note that there is currently a 8-week waiting list so get that booking in early!
I NEED MORE THAN A PAINTJOB! CAN YOU VISUALISE A MOTORCYCLE CONCEPT FROM SCRATCH?
Yes! The Audette Velos was a ground-up project and is currently on sale in North America. As these projects are more complex, please contact me for a bespoke quote.
WHAT DO I GET AT THE END OF IT ALL?
I will supply you several designs as flat 2D digital images, plus a final design, all as high-resolution jpegs. If you’ve ordered additional angles of the bike I’ll send them too. I look forward to hearing from you!
